No. Zippa is a marketplace, not a courier company. Delivery partners are independent — they choose which jobs to accept from the live marketplace, and Zippa never assigns or dispatches jobs to them.
How does Zippa confirm a delivery actually happened? +
Every job requires a one-time code at pickup and another at delivery, plus photo proof. This is required for every job, with no exceptions.
How do organizations pay, and how do delivery partners get paid? +
Every payment and payout is recorded as an immutable ledger entry, and balances are always calculated from the ledger — never stored or edited directly. Settlements run on a regular cycle.
Can my whole team use Lumo? +
Yes. Lumo supports multi-seat organizations with role-based access. Owners can invite team members as admins, operators, or finance users — each with the right level of access for their role.
Can I connect my online store or existing systems? +
